Aberdeen will face Czech Republic side Sigma Olomouc in Europa League qualifying and Mark McGhee admits it will be "extremely tough".
Sigma, who finished fourth in the Czech league last season, beat Fram Reykjavic 2-0 in Iceland to seal a 3-1 aggregate win, and they will now face the Dons in the third qualifying round next Thursday.
Aberdeen scouts have watched the opponents in action and the Dons boss admits it will be a tough test for his squad - who face Dundee in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
McGhee admitted: "I suspected Sigma would be too strong for them in the return game and that proved to be the case.
"It is going to be an extremely tough match, no doubt about it. They are a big, strong team, who can also play a bit of football. We would like to think we can get through the tie but it will be very difficult."
