Mark McGhee has accused his Aberdeen players of an 'unprofessional and irresponsible performance' in the 1-0 home defeat to Falkirk.
The Dons fell to their sixth home defeat of the season on Tuesday, with Colin Healy's first-half strike handing the Bairns their first win at Pittodrie since 1958. The result leaves Aberdeen in 7th - 12 points outside the to four - and McGhee was furious with his players.
McGhee said: "Players at this level should be capable of a lot better.
"I feel it's one step forward and three back.
"To be so abject in these two games, it's not about effort - they've put in the effort, but they're just not channelling it to play as a team."
