Striker Lee Miller has revealed he may still stay at Aberdeen beyond this season, despite interest from Hearts.

The 27-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and has not yet put pen to paper on an extension to his stay at Pittodrie, while Hearts, who are one point above Dons in the table having played two games more, are keen to land his services.

However Miller, who scored eight goals in an 18-game loan-spell at Tynecastle in 2005, has revealed he may well remain with Aberdeen as talks over a new deal are continuing.

"I definitely haven't ruled out staying," he told BBC Scotland. "I'm enjoying my football at Aberdeen and I feel we're reaping the rewards for our hard work this season.

"At the moment, I just need to concentrate on that and hopefully I can get as many good results and goals as I can for Aberdeen just now," Miller added.

"The contract situation is ongoing just now."
