Hylton banned for Shots

Danny Hylton completes his three-match suspension as Aldershot host Northampton.

The striker has already missed the games against Accrington and York and will be hoping the visit of Town goes ahead amid the current cold snap sweeping the country.

The Shots are due to face Middlesbrough at the Riverside in the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday but Hylton would see his ban prolonged to take in the cup tie should Tuesday's clash fall victim of the weather.

Forward Dani Lopez sees his loan stay expire after the encounter against the Cobblers and he will return to Stevenage later this week unless an extension can be agreed.

Elsewhere, long-term absentees Craig Stanley (broken leg) and Olly Lancashire (abdomen) are not quite ready.
