Arsenal are amongst a host of clubs who are believed to be monitoring the progress of Kekuta Manneh at the Vancouver Whitecaps.
The 18-year-old is currently enjoying his first full season in the MLS having proven himself to be a natural goalscorer during his time in Gambia and the lower leagues in America.
Manneh became the youngest scorer of a hat-trick in the MLS on Thursday night on only his fourth start for Vancouver, helping the Whitecaps to a 4-1 win at the Seattle Sounders.
The teenager has been on Arsenal's radar in the past, with the Gunners reported to have sent a scout to watch him in action for the FC Dallas Development Academy in 2011.
The north London club are now ready to renew their interest in Manneh after he caught the eye in the MLS but face competition from the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea, according to reports.
Manneh is thought to be interested in joining a Premier League club and, having earned comparisons to Thierry Henry, could be the perfect fit for the Gunners.
