William Gallas has ruled out a move away from Arsenal this summer and says he will stay for at least one more season.

The defender's future at the Emirates Stadium has been called into question after a difficult season on and off the field which resulted in him being stripped of the captaincy with the armband going to Cesc Fabregas.

Despite the fall out, Gallas insists he will at least see out his contract with the Gunners and has not ruled out the possibility of penning a new one.

"I am at Arsenal, my contract is still valid for a year, so I am an Arsenal player," Gallas revealed. "We have not talked about renewing the contract, but I am relaxed and looking forward to next season with Arsenal."
