Lyon midfielder Yoann Gourcoff has indicated that he would be interested in moving to Arsenal after being linked with the Gunners.
The France international is one of three Lyon players on Arsene Wenger's transfer wishlist, with Clement Grenier and Maxime Gonalons also being linked with moves to the Emirates Stadium.
Gourcoff cost Les Gones £19million when he joined from Bordeaux three years ago but he has struggled to recapture the form which saw him rated as one of the best midfielders in France when winning Ligue 1 in 2009.
Despite his on-field issues Wenger is still a big fan of the 26-year-old and is keen to bring Gourcoff to north London on loan next season with a view to a permanent deal.
The former AC Milan midfielder has now given a clear indication he would be willing to make the move to Arsenal as he looks for a new challenge.
"If clubs are interested and interesting, I don't close the door on anything at all," Gourcuff told French paper Ouest France.
"The most important thing is to play, but I have to look at the sporting project, whether they count on me, the means that we're given to succeed, and if they have clear ideas which don't change after a defeat."
