Arsenal failed with a £15m bid for Palermo midfielder Abel Hernandez last summer and Arsene Wenger may be weighing up another bid.
Wenger is planning a busy summer of spending as he looks to make big changes at the Emirates Stadium and could be set to go back in for the Palermo star having already failed with one bid.
The Frenchman saw Hernandez as the perfect player to fill the gap left by Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri but unfortunately for the Gunners boss Palermo were unwilling to sell.
The player's agent Vicenzo D'Ippolito has revealed all and has told the Gunners that Palermo will not budge on their asking price if they are thinking about making a fresh move for the Uruguay attacker.
"Last summer Arsenal bid for the boy," D'Ippolito told the Gazzetta del Sud. "It was for 18m Euros but the club rejected. Wenger wanted him after the departure of Nasri and Cesc Fabregas, but could not close the deal.
"Now there are rumours that Roma are interested in him but there is a minimum price established by Palermo and the president will not bring it down."
