Arsenal have enquired about the availability of Juventus star Sebastian Giovinco, according to the player's agent.

The Italian forward has struggled for action with the Serie A leaders this season, making just two appearances, and his agent Claudio Pasqualin, says a move could be on the cards.

Arsenal could be an option as Arsene Wenger looks to replace the injured Theo Walcott, and an enquiry has been made to Juve to check on the player's situation.

"We have had contact with Arsenal," Pasqualin told the Italian media. "It was a request for information about his situation. There was nothing more."
