Gunners target Rossoneri ace

Last Updated: Fri, 15 Nov 2013 07:32

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is being linked with a £10million swoop for AC Milan right-back Mattia de Sciglio.

Wenger is keeping an eye out for a new right-back as doubts continue to surround the future of Bacary Sagna, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

The Frenchman is being linked with a return to his homeland and Wenger fears he may refuse to sign a new deal and opt to leave on a free transfer in the summer.

A replacement will be needed and reports in Italy claim that 21-year-old De Sciglio is on Wenger's list of targets, although Milan do not want to sell and will do all they can to keep hold.

De Sciglio still has three years to run on his contract and the Rossoneri would want at least £10million before they would consider selling.
