Star eyes La Liga return

ArsenalCesc Fabregas has insisted he is happy at Arsenal for now but has hinted he would like to return to Barcelona at some point.

The midfielder began his career at the Nou Camp before Arsene Wenger snapped him up as a 15-year-old, and even though he is happier than ever at the Emirates Stadium, a return to Spain looks to be on the cards at some point.

How long Fabregas stays at the club could depend on how successful the Gunners are this season and the midfielder is keen to start winning trophies.

"I would like to try to win more titles here, although next season we'll see," Fabregas revealed. "It would be a dream to return to Barcelona one day."

The player does however say he is happy with the Gunners and believes they are heading in the right direction under Arsene Wenger.

"It is wonderful to see so many players from the youth system in the team, so well adapted to the philosophy of the club," he added. "I decided to give my all for Arsenal and I'm not the kind of person to just give up on things just like that."
