Arsenal have been drawn against Marseille, Borussia Dortmund and Napoli in Group F of the Champions League.
It is a tough looking group for the Gunners, who have reached this stage for the 16th season in succession thanks to a 5-0 aggregate play-off win over Turkish outfit Fenerbahce.
Dortmund, winners in 1997, reached the final last season only to lose to Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich at Wembley in May.
Napoli meanwhile knocked Manchester City out of the group stages two seasons ago and are managed by former Chelsea and Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez.
Last season's Ligue 1 runners-up Marseille complete the group, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger knowing his side will have to be at their best if they are to make it through to the knock-out stages.
