Trio out for Gunners

Arsenal will be without Jack Wilshere, Lukas Podolski and Bacary Sagna when they take on Bayern Munich this evening.

The Gunners will have to overturn a 3-1 deficit from the first leg if they are to book their place in the Champions League quarter-finals and will also have to do it without three key players.

Wilshere is the biggest loss after Wenger yesterday revealed the midfielder will be on the sidelines for at least the next three weeks, while Podolski also has an ankle injury that will keep him out.

Bacary Sagna is out due to his knee but there is better news as Kieran Gibbs is available again after his thigh problem as is midfielder Abou Diaby following a calf injury.

Russian Andrey Arshavin also travelled to Germany, but defender Nacho Monreal is ineligible to play in Europe.
