Leicester Tigers flanker Lewis Moody admitted his frustration at the news that his comeback has been put on hold for two more weeks.
The dynamic back-row star has not played any rugby since injuring his Achilles in England's defeat to Wales in their opening match of the Six Nations campaign.
The 29-year-old is eager to get back on the pitch, having missed practically the whole Six Nations and Wasps last seven matches.
However, after seeing a specialist about the ankle problem, the Ascot-born powerhouse will have to sit out at least another couple of weeks before returning action.
"It's been a frustrating two years in terms of internationals, apart from the World Cup," he said. "Not having a target date to return is the most frustrating thing of all.
"I'm seeing a specialist this week and we'll take it from there."
