Fans' favourite Kevin Davies has spoken of his determination to fire relegation-threatened Bolton to safety.
The Reebok striker is available again after serving a two-match ban for collecting his 10th booking of the season in the last home game against West Ham.
Davies also broke a hand in that fixture but will wear a special protective plaster cast if selected against Sunderland on Saturday as Wanderers look to give their survival hopes a significant boost.
He told the club's official website: "I've had a cast moulded and I'll try that, but I'll be up for it anyway. I'll play."
Wanderers manager Gary Megson added: "Davo will be back. He's free from suspension and he will play. He'll be fine."
