Diomansy Kamara does not mind being used as a substitute in Fulham's game against Birmingham as Jari Litmanen could get a start.
Senegalese striker, Kamara, has been a regular on the bench of late, but still managed to come off it and scored two goals in last weekend's vital 3-2 win at Manchester City which kept alive the Cottagers' survival hopes. And he does not mind not starting in the massive game against the Blues at Craven Cottage this weekend as long as the side secure a badly-needed win.
"Every player hopes to start every game but if I don't start it's not a problem for me, the team and the win is the most important thing," Kamara told the club's official website.
"If the coach wants me to start then I start, if the coach wants me to stay on the bench then I stay on the bench, if I start on the bench and then come on and score two goals it is OK also!
"Birmingham have a good team and I have a friend who plays for them in Mehdi Nafti. It will be a big, hard game, but I think Fulham will win."
Boss Roy Hodgson could have 37-year-old Finland veteran Litmanen available to make his first appearance for the Cottagers since his January switch to the club.
