Sunderland are sweating over the fitness of Daryl Murphy but Jonny Evans and Dwight Yorke will return against Bolton.
Murphy, who was the hero against Middlesbrough last weekend, has picked up a hamstring injury and boss Roy Keane will leave it to the last minute before making a decision on the player.
"Daryl's a real doubt with the hamstring but we'll wait and see how that works out," Keane revealed. "He might be fine - but we won't take any risks."
Keane is boosted by the news that both Evans and Yorke are back fit and should be able to figure at the Reebok Stadium.
"Jonny has recovered well and is now available while Dwight has trained all week and is another who is back up for selection," he added. "They're important players, so it's great to have them back."
