Mark Hughes will show Birmingham no mercy as Blackburn look to end the season on a high by clinching a place in Europe.
Victory for Rovers over relegation-haunted Blues, coupled with other results going their way, could see Hughes' men book a place in the Uefa Cup next season, although the Ewood boss is refusing to celebrate just yet.
"We've got one game to go, three points are still up for grabs, and who knows what will happen on the last day of the season," said Hughes, ahead of the St Andrews clash.
"There are always twists and turns and who knows, we may pinch a place in Europe at the end of it."
He added: "But irrespective of what happens on Sunday, we have still had an outstanding season, we have never been out of the top ten all year which is unbelievable really. We've kept going, we've had little blips now and again, but we've regrouped and come again and we face one more game with something still riding on it.
"So I think that shows us great credit.
"It is a huge game for both teams now and I'm sure there'll be a lot of interest paid, once again we've crept up the table outside the radar and we are still involved and we'll play a big part in the future of not only ourselves but another club as well."
