Alan Pardew has vowed to silence his critics as he puts his plans into place for a crack at promotion to the Premier League.
Pardew came in for some stick as Charlton's end-of-season push for the play-offs faltered but The Valley boss has promised to find the solutions to transform the club's fortunes and has called for a united front.
Pardew told the club's official website: "There has been a fair amount of criticism of my management this season, from the board, the terraces and the media.
"I accept that criticism, but those who know me know that it will just make me stronger and more determined."
