Bristol City boss Gary Johnson feels he has enough cool heads in his squad as he bids to lead the Robins to the Premier League.
City face Crystal Palace over two legs in the Championship semi-finals ahead of a potential meeting with either Hull City or Watford at Wembley and Johnson feels his players will handle the heat of battle.
"It's all about having players who feel relaxed under pressure. The more of those you have, the better your chances," said Johnson.
"I have found out for myself that it's not something you can teach. Either players are naturally that way inclined, or they are not.
"They have to be able to handle pressure naturally because of their character and personality and we have players like that at our club."
