Gabriel Agbonlahor feels a change in luck is all Aston Villa need to start picking up some wins and climb away from the drop zone.
The Villa striker has spoken out about the club's current plight as they sit in second-bottom spot in the Premier League, two points adrift of safety, following a poor run of eight games without a win.
However, despite talk of relegation looming in the air, Agbonlahor claims Saturday's 3-3 draw at high-flying Everton proves they are capable of matching the better sides in the league. And, he feels the victories will soon come with a little bit of help from Lady Luck.
Looking ahead to Villa's televised game against West Ham at Villa Park on Sunday, he said: "I'm not more worried (than previously). Previous seasons have been tough and this season is the same.
"The teams that have come up have been better than in recent years. But I feel we've been unlucky and just need a bit more luck. Once that changes we will start to win more games than we lose.
"Are you thinking about relegation? No, it's not in anyone's mind. We know there will be shock results between now and the end of the season. We just have to get the results we need."
Punters looking to use their free bet can back Villa to turn their fortunes around and pick up enough points to avoid dropping down to the Championship in May.
