Davey linked with international

Barnsley are said to be the latest in a long line of clubs who are showing an interest in Hibernian winger Alan O'Brien.

The 23-year-old has not lived up to his reputation at Easter Road following a switch from Newcastle last summer and a move for the player looks to be on the cards.

Barnsley boss Simon Davey is just one of a number of managers linked to the player but he faces a battle with Preston and Hartlepool for the Republic of Ireland international.
