Barnsley winger Jamal Campbell-Ryce has handed the club a boost by agreeing a new deal with the Championship club.
The Jamaica international, whose current terms run until 2011, has been one of the club's most consistent performers over the past season which had seen him linked with a move elsewhere.
However, 26-year-old Campbell-Ryce, who joined the Tykes from Southend United in 2007, has decided to stay at Oakwell and will sign a new long-term deal when he returns from his holiday.
