Quincy eyes Blues deal

BirminghamQuincy Owusu-Abeyie says he is loving life at Birmingham and wants to sign a permanent deal at the end of the season.

The Ghana international, who is on loan from Russian outfit Spartak Moscow, has been a revelation for the Blues this season as they have raced to the top of the Championship table.

The former Arsenal man is keen to return to England and hopes he will get the chance with City.

"I would love it to happen, of course. I would love to sign," Owusu-Abeyie said in the Birmingham Mail. "Birmingham have given me the opportunity to come on loan and prove myself, which is what I'm trying to do.

"There's a permanent deal at the end of it so every time I'm going out there I know I've got to do well and deliver, to show I'm worth it."
