Sam Allardyce has revealed that Vince Grella should be fit for the trip to Stoke after he recovered from a thigh injury.

The Australian international has missed the last six weeks for Blackburn after tearing a thigh muscle during the game against Tottenham in December.

The inclusion of Grella in the Rovers squad is the only change for Allardyce's team, with Lars Jacobsen and David Dunn the only players still sidelined.

"Vince is back in training and will be back in the squad, " said boss Sam Allardyce. "But Dunny isn't there yet.

"It is a frustration for him and for us, as what seemed just a kick against Aston Villa has lingered on a little longer than expected.

"Lars is back in training, but he won't be involved in the squad this weekend, and Basturk is progressing nicely.

"So we've not many injuries, we've a good strong healthy squad."
