Paul Ince says he is not feeling the pressure at Blackburn despite sitting in the bottom three - without a win in eight games.
Rovers slipped to another defeat when going down 3-2 at Portsmouth on Sunday and with continued rumours of trouble behind the scenes, this time over the coaching set up, Ince's position is in doubt.
Despite all the rumours, Ince says he is not feeling the pressure and is confident they will turn things around.
"This is not pressure. When you've got four kids, you live on your own, you can't find a job and you've got mouths to feed, that is pressure," Ince revealed.
"I don't like where we are today but there are worse things in life."
Meanwhile, Ince says there is no doubting the spirit in his squad after they fought back from being 2-0 behind at Fratton Park before finally going down to a late Sean Davis strike.
"Nobody can question the spirit of the team," he added. "They are willing to die for each other. My players' heads will never go down."
