Benni McCarthy admits he is facing an uncertain future at Blackburn and could be forced to leave following the arrival of Paul Ince.

The South African striker has yet to start a game for Rovers this season and fears that he will be frozen out by new boss Ince as the campaign progresses.

Rovers say the player is not yet fully fit, but McCarthy has dismissed that notion and believes Ince does not rate him.

The striker told the South African newspaper Sowetan: "We have played three games and I featured in only two as a substitute. It does not look like I will play much this season.

"My problems at the club started when Paul Ince walked in."
