Blackburn are showing an interest in Stuttgart defender Ricardo Osorio but have yet to make a bid for the player.

Rover boss Paul Ince is on the look-out for a new full-back and the Mexican is said to be on his list of possible targets, although as yet it has not gone any further.

The player's agent Robert Holzer has confirmed Blackburn's interest but admits a bid has not yet been made.

"I believe Blackburn are interested in Osorio, but there are no concrete offers for him," Holzer told Sky Sports. "We will wait a few weeks and see what happens, but I am not sure if Stuttgart want to sell him.

"Of course he would be interested in a move to England if he receives an interesting offer, but it all depends on Stuttgart."
