Bolton are ready to make a £2million move for Swansea midfielder Ferrie Bodde, according to reports.

A number of Premiership clubs are showing an interest in the talented Dutchman but it is claimed that Bolton will make the first move to land him by offering the Swans £2million for his signature with a view to a January move.

Midfield is an area that Trotters boss Gary Megson is keen to strengthen in January and Bodde has long been linked with a move to the Reebok Stadium.

However, Bodde says he is happy with life at Swansea and is not letting rumours about his future affect him.

"I don't let the talk off the pitch affect my football - I'm focused on Swansea," he said. "I'm enjoying my time here and we're playing well as a team.

"We won't take any notice of the table yet. Every week we're in a different position. We'll only start looking at the table in March when the division is really starting to shape up."
