Owen Coyle has confirmed Saturday's clash against Blackburn is on while the FA Cup clash at Tottenham will also be replayed.
Bolton's clash at Aston Villa on Tuesday night was postponed as midfielder Fabrice Muamba fought for his life in hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest at White Hart Lane.
However the player has made rapid progress and after consulting with the player's family, Bolton officials have decided to start playing again, starting with the visit of Rovers to the Reebok on Saturday.
"We spoke together with the players as a group this morning and I talked with Fabrice's family last night," Coyle revealed in a statement to the press.
"Fabrice's father Marcel and his fiancée Shauna were keen that we fulfil our fixtures. Once the players knew this, there was no doubt in our minds that we would play the matches."
The return to White Hart Lane will be tough for all involved and no date has yet been set although Tuesday night could be a possibility.
