Jaaskelainen targets Fulham win

BoltonJussi Jaaskelainen has stressed the need for Bolton to get back to winning ways at Fulham on September 13.

The goalkeeper is away with Finland preparing for his country's opening World Cup qualifier at home to Germany next Wednesday, but, at the back of his mind, is the trip to Craven Cottage.

Wanderers opened their Premier League campaign with a one-sided win over Stoke but have since hit the buffers with defeat at Newcastle and a draw against new-boys West Brom.

Gary Megson's men take on Manchester United, Tottenham and Arsenal in upcoming games and Jaaskelainen has warned they must start to pick up soon.

"The first 10 games are very important for us, and I'd hope we can get 15 or 16 points from them," he said. "That would be a good start to the season for me.

"Last season went badly because we were bad at the start - we can't let that happen again so we need to start winning games."
