Bolton boss Gary Megson is planning to make a reported £2million move for South Korean striker Yoo Byung-soo in January.

Megson snapped up fellow South Korean Lee Chung-Yong in the summer in a £2.1million switch and the 21-year-old winger has made an immediate impact at the Reebok with some impressive performances.

It has now been reported that the Bolton boss is planning a to raid South Korea again, with FC Incheon striker Yoo in his sights as he bids to increase the Wanderers' attacking options.

Yoo, 21, has been in blistering form for his club this season netting 14 goals, with many tipping him to win the Rookie of the Year award in the South Korean K-League.

The only stumbling block could be securing a work-permit for Yoo as he has appeared just once for his country, meaning it may be hard for the striker to secure a permit.

It is thought FC Incheon would demand a fee of around £2million for a player regarded as one of the country's hottest prospects.
