The Pilgrims were formed in 1934 and were founder members of the Northern Premier League in 1968. After turning fully professional in 2001, Boston spent five years in the Football League following promotion in 2002. The club’s York Street ground has a capacity of 6.645 and their most notable former player was ex-England star Paul Gascoigne.
