Bournemouth winger Matt Ritchie has been named npower League One Player of the Year at the Football League Awards.
The 23-year-old began the season with Swindon, where he won the League Two award last season, but moved to the south coast in January where he has continued his impressive form for the Cherries.
Ritchie beat Coventry striker Leon Clarke and Notts County's Alan Judge to the award.
He told the Football League's official website: "I was surprised to be in the top three so, to win the award, I am more than a bit speechless."
