Folan could make first start

Bradford striker Caleb Folan is hoping to make his full-debut as leading goalscorer Nahki Wells is not ready to return for the trip to at Preston.

Former Wigan and Hull striker Folan, 30, made his debut off the substitutes' bench in Saturday's defeat at Crawley, while Wells looks set to miss his fourth game due to an ankle problem.

Manager Phil Parkinson has no new injury or suspension worries, but could be tempted to make one or two changes following successive 1-0 defeats.

Defender Andrew Davies will be out until the new year following knee surgery, so Matthew Bates could make his second start after making his debut at the weekend.
