Warburton up for award

Brentford boss Mark Warburton has been nominated for the League One Manager of the Month award for March.

Warburton's shrewd tactics in the pivotal 1-0 win away to London rivals Leyton Orient tipped the balance towards his side in the hunt for automatic promotion. Five clean sheets contributed to a haul of 14 points from seven games.

He will come up against Rotherham's Steve Evans, Bristol City boss Steve Cotterill and Wolves manager Kenny Jackett in his bid to win the award.
