Dean Hammond feels Brighton can still make it into the play-offs, with the Seagulls sat four points behind sixth-placed Middlesbrough.
Brighton drew 1-1 at home to Blackburn on Tuesday night with Rovers proving to be a frustrating opponent for the Seagulls, who despite dominating large spells of the first-half, fell behind when Scott Dann headed in from a corner.
Vicente levelled the scores midway through the second period, but Gus Poyet's side couldn't find a winner.
It was a result that benefited neither side, especially with the 1-0 win for Boro at home to Leeds, as the two sides who faced off at the Amex look to break into the play-offs.
Hammond has confidence in his team-mates that they can make it into the top six, saying: "Everybody is chomping at the bit to achieve something at this club. We are really focused on what we want to do, so we will continue what we are doing.
"There are 15 games left, we have a target and we have to take one game at a time.
"If we can perform like we did against Blackburn, especially how we did in the first 20 minutes, we can definitely achieve what we want to."
