Johnson rolls up his sleeves

Bristol CBristol City boss Gary Johnson admits the only way for his side to get their belief back is to win games.

The Robins have failed to match last year's early-season exploits and are currently languishing in mid-table having tasted victory just once in seven Championship games.

But Johnson says the only way to climb the table is to get back confidence in their abilities.

"There are lots of good teams in the Championship and we have to believe that we are a good Championship club," he told the club's website.

"At the moment we've got to get that belief back amongst the players, the staff, etc.

"Wins will get that belief back but at the moment we're all a bit disappointed so there's work to do."
