Ilkay Gundogan wants to play in either England or Spain one day but is happy to stay at Borussia Dortmund for now.

The 22-year-old, who could have played for Turkey before committing himself to Germany, has revealed that Turkish clubs have been keen to sign him.

However, Gundogan is happy with life under Jurgen Klopp at the Westfalenstadion and is committed to the cause until the end of his contract.

"Three big Turkish clubs wanted to sign me but I refused them," he said.

"One day I want to play in La Liga or the Premier League but now I'm happy and I want to play for Dortmund until 2015.

"I'm very happy to work with Jurgen Klopp. He is like my father."
