Burnley boss Owen Coyle is closing in on a deal to bring Hearts winger Andy Driver to the club after securing Steven Fletcher.

The Hibs striker signed on the dotted line at Turf Moor on Tuesday night for a record fee of £3m and he could be followed by Driver.

The Hearts winger is keen to move to the newly promoted Premiership side but the deal is a long way from being completed as the two sides are some distance from agreeing any kind of fee.

The Tynecastle side rating Driver at over £4 million while the Claret's rate him closer to £2 million so there is some work to do but with Coyle hot on his trail and keen to add to the squad as they begin pre-season a move before the weekend could be on the cards.
