Sean Dyche has won a second Championship Manager of the Month award on the same day that Danny Ings was named in the England U21 squad.
The Championship table-toppers won all four of their league games last month, with Ings finding the back of the net on three occasions.
Burnley co-chairman John Banaszkiewicz told the club's official website: "This is a double first for Burnley and well-deserved recognition of the work that both Sean and Danny have put in this season.
"From the board of directors, congratulations to them both and to the rest of the squad, who have given us a record-breaking start and lifted the spirits across the club and the town.
"Our form so far this year shows what can be achieved with a strong work ethic and dedication and long may it continue."
England Under-21 forward Ings saw off competition from Albert Adomah, Emmerson Boyce and Henri Lansbury to win the award and Dyche was full of praise for the striker.
"Danny has a desire to learn and improve, and is making very good strides on his journey into developing into a fine young player," Dyche told the club's official website.
"In my opinion, he is fully deserving of this award."
