Burnley youngster Shay McCarten has joined Blue Square Bet Premier outfit Hyde FC on a one-month loan deal.
The Northern Ireland Under-19 international striker made his Clarets debut as a substitute at Doncaster towards the end of last season but has not been able to add to that sole senior appearance this term.
Hyde are scheduled to play eight league matches before McCarten's initial deal expires on March 2.
