Shakers without Nardiello

Last Updated: Mon, 02 Dec 2013 15:48

Daniel Nardiello will again be forced to miss out in the FA Cup for Bury when they visit Cambridge in their first-round replay.

The Shakers struck a deal to take the striker on loan from Rotherham six days after their original clash with the U's was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The timing of his arrival therefore meant Nardiello was ineligible for the 0-0 draw at the JD Stadium and he cannot feature until the second round, should Bury prevail.

All of Bury's other loanees can play, though, and interim boss Ronnie Jepson expects to pick from a similar squad to the one which drew 2-2 with Exeter on Saturday.
