The agent of FC Groningen defender and reported Cardiff target Virgil van Dijk says no clubs have made an offer for him.
The 21-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to England this summer, with Brighton early frontrunners for the star's signature.
Dutch giants PSV were also linked with a move for van Dijk, though they are believed to have switched their attentions to Utrecht's Mike van der Hoorn instead.
Fresh reports now indicate that newly promoted Cardiff are eyeing a deal for the Netherlands Under-21 international.
Van Dijk's agent Martin Henk Chin hinted that there may be interest in the player, but insisted that no bid had yet been made.
"There is no club to make a concrete offer to take Virgil van Dijk from FC Groningen," he told RTV Noord. "Transfer period lasts a long time and I am confident that there are still clubs [who] will notify us."
