Mason move back on

Cardiff striker Joe Mason is expected to see his loan move to Bolton get resurrected next week after it was cancelled due to injury.

He was expected to move to Bolton this week but the loan was cancelled at the eleventh hour due to injuries to Peter Odemwingie and Rudy Gestede.

The pair are improving though and it is widely expected Mason will complete his loan transfer to the Championship club as soon as Gestede and Odemwingie are given the all clear.

Meanwhile defender Kevin McNaughton, already on loan at Bolton, has been ruled out for a month with a hamstring injury.
