Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp's chief scout says Cardiff City's teen star Aaron Ramsey is destined for a £10m move to a top four club.
Stuart Morgan, who has recommended the 17-year-old to Redknapp, believes the Bluebirds could bank £10m for the midfielder at an auction between the Premier League's elite clubs.
Morgan said: "Ramsey has the potential to be worth £10m."
Redknapp agrees with his scout's assessment but knows Pompey are unlikely to be able to compete if Cardiff choose to cash in on him this summer.
He said: "Ramsey is a terrific talent and I think he'll go on and probably play for Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea."
Morgan, who is also Welsh, reckons the £10m-tag for the starlet would not be overpriced in today's market where players like Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale have moved for big money at the same age.
He said: "If Ramsey progresses, becomes an established full international and the team he signs for - Arsenal or whoever - goes on to win trophies, with the incentives I wouldn't say £10m is too much money at all.
"My thoughts on Joe Ledley are exactly the same and I've watched him since he came into the Cardiff side.
"He's a left-sided player that a lot of clubs are looking for.
"People say Joe hasn't got the pace of Ryan Giggs and Cristiano Ronaldo, but he has great ability, great feet and he makes up for the little bit of pace he's lacking with his ability and awareness.
"He has an got an eye for a goal, he's confident on the ball."
