Agent rejects Celtic trial talk

The agent of Polish duo Radoslaw Majewski and Szynan Pawlowski has dismissed claims the pair will go to Celtic on trial.

Polonia Warsaw midfielder Majewski and Zagrabin Lubin forward Pawlowski are understood to be interesting Gordon Strachan, with some suggestions that the Hoops boss wanted to see them in training.

But the duo's agent, Raymond Sparkes, has dismissed suggestions that the £3m-rated pair will head to Glasgow on trial but is coy over any move from the SPL champions.

Sparkes stated: "These boys will not be going anywhere for a trial. As to whether any interest from Celtic will develop further, I cannot say.

"But I will be surprised if these players are not household names sooner rather than later."
