Hameur Bouazza has emerged as a surprise target for Premier League hopefuls Charlton after falling out of favour at Fulham.
The 23-year-old forward, who moved to Craven Cottage from Watford last summer, was largely ignored by new manager Roy Hodgson at the back end of last season and could now be shown the door.
Hodgson is keen to revamp his squad to avoid another season flirting with near-disaster and has already brought in Zoltan Gera and Andranik Teymourian to beef up his attacking options.
Charlton could face competition from Spanish side Osasuna to sign the Algerian international.
