Charlton have completed their first signing of the summer after wrapping up a deal for Miguel Angel Llera.
The Spaniard was a free agent after leaving MK Dons and Addicks boss Phil Parkinson has fought off interest from other clubs to land the 29-year-old on a two-year deal.
"I'm delighted Miguel's agreed to sign," Parkinson told the Addicks' official website. "He's a good age for a centre-half and all the homework we've done and meeting him confirmed he's a good character.
"He's a big centre-half who goes and attacks the ball but has got good use of it with his left foot as well."
