Charlton physio Steve Allen has confirmed that Kelly Youga will spend another two weeks on the sidelines with a knee injury.
The left-back picked up the problem during the Addicks 4-2 win over Bristol Rovers back in November and has been sidelined with the injury ever since.
Allen has now revealed that the former Olympique Lyonnais player will now be in the treatment room for another two weeks before he can think about a return.
"Kelly hyper-extended his left knee against Bristol Rovers. Following an MRI scan and consultancy with Andy Williams, an orthopaedic surgeon, it was shown that Kelly had also sprained his posterior cruciate ligament," Allen told the club's official website.
"That seems to have now healed sufficiently but three further MRI scans, a CT scan and a bone scan have shown a small area of bone bruising which is causing him discomfort.
"Following another consultation he has been advised to rest completely for two weeks. We'll then review his activity with a plan of hopefully returning to training if all is well."
